Our Products
Gangyu® Polycellulose Wipes is a kind of nonwoven fabric made by bonding cellulose fiber (wood pulp) with polyester fiber through a spunlace process. The bonding process uses fine, high-pressure water jets to entangle the fibers, resulting in a durable fabric. Because no artificial adhesives or binders are used, polycellulose wipes are chemically pure and leave no residue. It combines the softness and absorbency of cellulose fiber with the strength and durability of polyester fiber. The polyester component provides strength and excellent oil and grease absorption, while cellulose absorbs aqueous solutions and provides antistatic properties. A blend of 55% polyester to 45% cellulose is typical, but the blend ratio can be custoimized depending on requirements: increasing the cellulose content can achieve better water or grease absorbance while increasing the polyester can reduce linting.
